Master of Clinical Exercise Science and Rehabilitation.

Brad is an empathetic, results-focused practitioner who makes exercise simple and effective. A former high-level athlete, he draws on his own health journey to guide clients with practical, tailored strategies. Now based on the Central Coast, Brad works with Veterans, NDIS participants, footballers, and high-performing professionals. When he’s not helping people move better, you can challenge him on sports, Star Wars, or pretty much any nerdy topic.
