EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY
NDIS
(Mobile, Community or Local Gym)
At Healthside, we provide NDIS Exercise Physiology services that meet participants on the side of health that works best for them — whether that’s at home, in the community, or at your local gym.
Programs are individualised, evidence-based and practical, focusing on improving strength, mobility, endurance and functional independence.
We take a collaborative approach, working alongside participants, families and support teams to build confidence and long-term capacity.
Support may include:
Individualised exercise programming
Functional capacity and conditioning
Weight management and metabolic health
Support worker–assisted exercise sessions
Community access and confidence building
This is a better side of health for participants who value flexible, realistic support without the barriers of traditional clinic-based care.
DVA
(Mobile, Community or Local Gym)
Healthside offers mobile Exercise Physiology services for eligible DVA clients, delivered in the home or community environment to support physical function, independence and quality of life.
Programs are tailored to the individual and may support:
Chronic pain and musculoskeletal conditions
Reduced mobility, strength or endurance
Injury rehabilitation and long-term condition management
Safe, structured exercise progression
At Healthside, we support veterans on their better side of health — practical, supportive and centred on what matters most day to day.
